Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pwa.sh (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

pwa.sh provides software tools to build, host and manage installable Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), web push, analytics, and related infrastructure (including programmatic domain registration via third-party registrars). pwa.sh is a tool provider. You are solely responsible for the content, offers, campaigns and traffic you operate through the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Fees, balance & payments

• The Service is usage-based. You pre-fund a balance and we deduct fees as you use the Service.
• Domains are charged at the registrar price plus a service fee, shown before purchase. Per-install fees and subscription plans, where applicable, are charged per your selected plan.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT, BTC, SOL). On-chain transactions are final and irreversible.
• Balances and fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated (e.g. a domain registration that fails is refunded to your balance) or required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction you target, including advertising, gambling, consumer-protection and data-protection laws.
• You own and are responsible for your PWAs, offers, creatives and end-user relationships, including any required consents, disclosures and age/geo restrictions.
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, take down domains or PWAs, and withhold action on abusive activity if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or create risk for the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pwa.sh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for your content, offers, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify pwa.sh against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content/offers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
