Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using pwa.sh. It exists to keep the platform safe and lawful. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, domain/PWA takedown, or termination.

Prohibited content & activity

• Illegal content of any kind, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, scams, or attempts to deceive users into disclosing credentials or funds.
• Impersonation of brands, apps, or persons, or infringement of trademarks, copyrights or other IP.
• Malicious code, drive-by downloads, cryptojacking, or harmful redirects.
• Content sexualizing minors, or other content prohibited by law.

Compliance & targeting

• Do not promote products or offers (including gambling/betting) into jurisdictions where they are illegal or where you lack the required licenses.
• Honor age, geo and regulatory restrictions, and include any legally required disclosures.
• Comply with the terms of any advertising networks, trackers and affiliate programs you use.

Messaging & push

• Send web push only to users who have opted in. Respect unsubscribe/withdrawal of consent.
• No deceptive, misleading, or unsolicited messaging.

Platform integrity

• No circumventing billing, abusing free usage, or operating bot/fake-traffic schemes against the platform.
• No attempts to access other tenants' data, probe, or disrupt the Service.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or request a takedown at [email protected]. We investigate and act on credible reports.
